Hello, I’m Liluth and I’m a Prue Leigh qualified Pastry chef.

My love for sugar flowers began on a trip to the UK for a baking exhibition. While browsing, I stumbled upon the exquisite flower art of Robert Haynes. I was so inspired by his work, that I booked training with him and went back to {insert area} a few months later. There I learnt the basic techniques and many tricks of the trade from one of the best flower sculptors in the world. And so my love for making these delicate works of art began. I spend many a happy hour sculpting and perfecting each and every flower I make! I recently attended a silicone course and am busy perfecting making my own flower moulds to be able to make my flower creations even more beautiful and life-like!

Apart from making sugar flowers to order, I also do private classes for anyone who would like to learn this wonderful artform!
